I am pleased to announce the successful completion of a new training cohort as part of the Tamkeen Bahrain initiative, which aims to equip and prepare youth for the job market with strong, practical skills.
Over the course of two months, the students received intensive training focused on essential capabilities required in real-world business environments, including:
• Understanding project briefs and accurately identifying client requirements
• Writing strong and competitive proposals
• Understanding project milestones and effective time planning
• Time management and meeting professional deadlines
• Client simulation training to develop communication and service delivery skills
• Building a professional portfolio and personal brand
• Learning negotiation strategies and techniques for practical scenarios
• Role-playing negotiation cases to enhance confidence and performance
• Understanding contract writing including SOW (Scope of Work) and MSA (Master Service Agreement)
The entire program was delivered remotely, and it was a remarkable and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
